Sun Records TV Show Wraps Production

You may have heard about an upcoming television series to be aired by Country Music Television. In collaboration with Los Angeles based production team, Thinkfactory Media, “Sun Records” is CMT’s most ambitious project to date. As one can imagine, it takes place in Memphis and revolves around Sun Records in the 1950s when the birth of legends like Johnny Cash, Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Ike Turner, BB King and others began.

  2. Will this be renewed for next year? Love, love this show. Where do find the cast at? They do look exactly like the real singers. I like the way the show is put together.

  3. I LOVE THE CASTING. THE ACTORS LOOK AND SOUND LIKE THE ACTORS THEY ARE PORTRAYING. JOHNNY CASH LOOKS LIKE HIM AND SO DOES ELVIS, JERRY LEE LEWIS, AND

  4. Will Sun Records be coming back on TV after the first season? Began watching it b/c my mother loved Elvis but got hooked on all the characters. Very interesting how it all started.

  5. I saw Elvis in person at the Florida Theater in Jax., Fla. Wonderful series – please bring it back for another season. Great program and brought back wonderful memories of those years – IMHO the conception of R&R!
